Group of companies «Russian Technical aerosols» contributes to the COVID-19 control. We have responded to the call of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to provide the population of our country with antiseptics and disinfectants. In the shortest possible time we have developed and set up production of such products, which are currently needed. When developing, we took into account all the recommendations of the World Health Organization. Our production is well-equipped and we provide the high-volume output of these scarce products. Our antiseptics and disinfectants comply with GOST, they are effective for destruction and prevention the infectious diseases and harmful microbial flora.
The main activity is production and sale of technical aerosols (polyurethane foam, adhesives, sealants, spray paint, auto chemistry, etc.)
The group of companies unites production (Elf Filling JSC) and trading companies (TROLL‑AUTO LLC, RUSTA LLC).
We have our own production capacity, the Research and Development Center, a construction unit and an extensive network of distributors throughout Russia and the EAEU.
RUSTA's manufacturing has gained the leading position in the Russian market through its up-to-date equipment and a high degree of automation.
Since the first year of its existence, the company has been developing dynamically (+ 30% per year). Our factory applies the latest techniques according to European requirements for safety of production, we have our own gas storage facility. The company has an operating licence to use highly explosive, chemical and fire-risk production facilities.
We use different types of propellants: propane / butane / isobutane, dimethyl ether, carbon dioxide, Freon 134a. The company operates successfully the management system of quality control which is certified according to the requirements of State Standard (GOST) R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015). There is a modern class «A» warehouse with developed logistics system.
We have developed and produce now more than 450 aerosol products, 120 technical liquid products, 150 kinds of color paints and varnishes, 200 PU foam products. With our improved formulations, with high quality ingredients and optimized production process, we can offer you the great experience of manufacturing the wide range of products with your private label.

Our team provides the professional support at all the steps of production as from finding the formulation to the lithographic printing, the certification according to the requirements of Customs Union EAEC and the delivery.
